Derecho Weather Consulting is a Hennon Weather Services LLC service provider. Founded by board-certified consulting meteorologist Dr. Christopher Hennon, we offer personalized, professional, and prompt weather consulting services, including: forensic meteorology, weather and climate research services, and legal support (depositions and expert testimony).

Examples of past case work includes: characterizing the surface and upper air wind conditions experienced during Hurricane Katrina, assessing weather conditions present during vehicular and pedestrian accidents, determining return periods of major wind events, and estimating precipitation accumulations through radar reflectivity data.

With a broad background in meteorology and climatology and over 20 years experience in research and teaching at universities, we apply our unique experience and expert interpretation for your specific requirements.
